Thaumatin is a sweet-tasting basic protein extracted from the West African Katemfe fruit.
Directions: Add 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) or 1 LEAN scoop to approx. 250- 300 ml of water, favourite smoothie or plant-based milk and mix. Take 2 servings per day for the most beneficial effects.
