Our founder, and the Queen of LEAN! Lilly specialises in it all! She’ll get you lifting, pulsing & sweating up a storm; leaving you feeling like you can take on the world! Find Lilly across all 3 of the LEAN studios.
Lilly is a qualified physiotherapist and pilates instructor, and a former physio for Premier League football clubs across England! With her extensive experience, she will always be there to guide you in making sure you are taking the very best care of your body.
Lilly's focus is now on transforming the health and fitness of the 3.3m women around the world in our community - which we call "The Familia".
Lilly is here to teach you all about the LEAN way; taking control, feeling confident and making changes towards a healthier, happier lifestyle!
