Tropical Superfood Breakfast Bowl

Another one of my all-time favourite breakfast bowls. Super refreshing, packed full of protein and perfect for hot summer mornings. This bowl is loaded to the brim with superfoods and delicious flavours
Ingredients
  1. 2 Tbsp acai berry powder
  2. 1 Serving vanilla protein powder (I use Optimum Nutrition Lean Whey as its only 98 cals  but high protein)
  3. 200ml coconut water
  4. 2 Tsp plain with coconut yogurt, I recommend Alpro
  5. ½ frozen banana, mango, blueberries, strawberries
  6. ½ Tbsp hemp seeds
  7. ½ Tbsp chia seeds
  8. ½ Tbsp coconut flakes
