Everything that you need in one place. Lovely instructors,various exercises, perfect menu Honest opinion: I've been using the app for two weeks now and I can see a big difference in my body. Advises: Make a section for beginners and for advanced Minuses: -it's really hard to pause and to reverse the video ( it will be really beneficial if there is a +/-10s button. - sometimes the loading time is longer than usual (it will be beneficial if you can download the videos to watch them offline)
I have stuck with this app longer than anything else, and I have worked out my entire adult life. Better than the gym, and more cost and time effective.
