Malaysian Inspired Egg Prawn Stir-Fry With Quinoa


1 egg

1 portion of prawns

1 serving of quinoa


pak choi (if you can find it)


1/2 onion

1/2 pepper (red)


soy sauce

oyster sauce

cajun spice

all purpose seasoning

coconut oil

Prepare prawns in a Frying pan

1. Heat 1 Tbsp coconut oil in a pan

2. add prawns to pan and season with 1 Tbsp cajun spice and

1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning

3. Fry on high heat for 6-8 mins until reaches your preferred texture

Prepare quinoa in a saucepan

Prepare stir Fry in a wok

1. Fry 1/2 finely chopped onion & a few slices of ginger in 2 Tbsp coconut oil

2. add all vegetables and cover with a lid, mixing regularly in the wok

3. allow to cook on a high heat for 5 mins before adding sauces

4. Add 2 Tbsp oyster sauce and 1 Tbsp soy sauce. Mix well and cook on a medium heat for a further 5 mins until vegetables are soft

Serve up with a fried egg
